I wish Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot would care enough about the people of her city to empower the police force and the good people of Chicago to find and arrest the gang criminals and straw purchasers of guns.

I feel for the folks caught in the crossfire and I wonder why the violence hasn't been cracked down? It's almost like there's a deal between politicians and the gangs.
