PFC (Join to see) - very true, I've heard of numerous accounts on people that had never seen a lot of things we take for granted, and it just blew their minds. Have a great day.

Considering that the entire population has been brainwashed for generations, there may be no conversion of North Koreans to useful members of a society for another generation.
What an incredible mess to inherit. Aside from being a humanitarian disaster, the country is seriously lacking infrastructure. Once we disrupt their current regime the entire country will be at a loss for direction as a people and will require governance for an extended period.
Does the country of North Korea get divided up like Germany after WWII by the US, South Korea and Japan? Does China try to make a land grab in the ensuing confusion?
An Incredible mess indeed!

PFC Roger Goff - the real unknown is China there is plenty evidence and speculation to support both theories either they won't move to occupy because they don't want to be held responsible for rebuilding that country or annexing the population or they may try to make land grab to use North Korea as a buffer state against the US and the South Koreans could go either way guess we won't know until it happens.

Meanwhile, China continues to give North Korea money under the table. Lets face it, China does not want 25 million starving North Koreans running across the boarder.

Well it's not just them even if the government legitley stops giving money and aid to North Korea there is the Chinese mob that has been supplying equipment under the table which is how some of the stuff goes unnoticed.
