In CH I could see they have the large land....but JA does not have the wide open spaces.

Yet Japan was home to the first bullet trains... here in the US we have miles of wide, open, country but they’ve never been tried.

Cynthia Croft - Got to remember, JA and CH have been at war for a long period over 2000+ years. JA is just looking at a high speed attack vector to take their troops in comfort. :)
