Putin is an ex-KGB apparatchik, and merely the latest installment of the Russian penchant for oligarchy, and/or despotism, as Lincoln expressly noted, in his one very famous passage about the place..."...where despotism can be taken pure, and without the base alloy of hypocrisy"...the Hermit Kingdom maniac is nothing but another variant of oligarchic dictator, him being the third generation of that maniac family to have run that whole lunatic asylum totally into the ground through dictatorial Commie oppression...there is, truly, a great deal of truth in what you say...I merely pose that I've seen the whole scientific scarfing effort in at least three different major schools I'd tried to be allowed do doctoral research at, and got virtually nowhere...at all of them, I'd observed exactly the same phenomenon, repeatedly, over and over and over again...I assure you, I observed it for many years, in many different schools...that, as I'd explained, was expressly what drew my attention to the article, and what actually prompted me to send it in to begin with, honest...I realized it'd be controversial, I genuinely did, and I clearly didn't expect to be agreed with in my conclusions...I merely found the phrasing of the article itself sufficient to pique my interest in the views it posed, that's all, again, honest....
