China’s strength is in making the West doubt the value of doubt

I have doubts and suspicions. The doubts are founded in fear that We the People will not have the courage and resolve to reassert ourselves. I have suspicions founded in confidence that China is overreaching its grasp, that its economy is a paper tiger bound to fold under the pressure that the US may ultimately place upon it. Always keep in mind that China's success is grounded in access to American markets and that it falters when American demand for Chinese products lags. Already, many of China's greatest businesses are on the brink of failure and China will learn that their economy, like ours, is not the product of government activity, but rather business activity. Economic success is the sum total of individual successes within a nation, not governmental or political success
