Yes, China obeys the letter of the law with respect to WTO regulations. But the spirit of the law is lacking.

China issues reports to meet WTO requests, but the numbers are bogus & China doesn’t allow outside scrutiny.

Not ones to point fingers tho’

You are very correct about China not following the spirit of the law. We have been hosed by them using the laws against us. There were too many holes in the laws, but we did not take advantage of them...as many other countries did not.
