If I remember correct the CHP actually has people stationed more or less along the Golden Gate Bridge for the same purpose given the high amount of people that jump from it. Great to see the good work that officers do being recognized rather than the wrongs of the few.

This is certainly a good news story Capt Brandon Charters that California Highway Patrol Officer Jeremy Maya was able to successfully coax a woman to safety from her precarious perch on the Bay Bridge.
