The Flying Spaghetti Monster simply isn't to my taste, not even if you add grated cheese. It is a rather sophomoric parody of organized religion. Now, if you want to see how an adult does it, allow me to recommend Mark Twain's "Letters From Earth". It not only skewers fundamentalist dogma, but also is funny, really funny. Possibly the funniest thing Twain ever wrote.

Interesting viewpoint of how the earth could have possibly evolved. Right now, there are people worshipping squirrels somewhere with the acorn as its' symbol. All brought to you from the weird people of the earth.
