The Army Field Manual is the bible for authorized interrogation techniques. If we are going to bring back the black sites then we are going to have to rewrite the field manual. However, should they change the definitions and parameters of interrogation methods I would probably resign my commission. Torture, and I am unequivocal regarding this, does not work. The information gained is unreliable and generally cannot be used to prosecute a criminal case.

They will just have forgien goVermont do the torture. ThatIs One Of THE reasons Black Sites existed In the First place.Torture dies serve one use full purpose it let's pervert get off sexually.. Black sites exist only so US law can be broken with impunity.
