If any of those vehicles belong to servicemembers who, because of deployments, found themselves in dire financial situations, then this is just cold-blooded. If they intentionally walked away from their debts, bust them!!!

bad debt or bankruptcy used to be sufficient reason to lose a security clearance. for an officer or senior NCO, it could effect your entire career (poor judgement)
