Why has too many options ranging from free rent because of homelessness to simply wanted to see if he could. The better question is how he managed to do this at all, let alone in what should be a restricted section of the base.

Hmm. Ingenious - squatting on a military post. Free electric and water. Bet he saves what most servicemen make for BAH.
