CivilianJobs.com puts this together every year to recognize 40 active duty, guard, reserve, and veteran military. I had the honor of being selected last year as a recipient. Honorees include Ivy League graduates, vets who started non-profits and NGOs, and those with incredible deployment and military experience. Everyone should apply to be considered, if nothing else it's a huge resume boost. All I had to do was fill out that survey, answer a few emails about my service and what I've done since I got out, and had a few people write letters of recommendation.
