This is a tough one and I don't expect that any court will handle it well. Male and female circumcision has a long history and deep cultural significance, and not just to Jews. We may find one abhorrent and the other acceptable or just one. It's a cultural issue and those don't fare well in courts of law. And then there's the medical point of view. For every doctor supporting a claim of unnecessary mutation, another can be produced supporting a claim of hygiene. Ultimately, it seems that the young man seeking funds to fight it out has issues with his parents. What young man or woman hasn't had issues with their parents and the decisions they made for them? There's a great play on this issue in "The Source" by James Michener. A Jewish boy during the Roman occupation of Judea excels at the games in the gymnasium, especially wrestling. However, he is embarrassed by his "mutilation" and seeks permission to go to another city where a surgeon will "reverse" it. The boy and his father argue vehemently because such an operation will remove the boy from his community. (I highly recommend this as Michener's best book)
