Thank you. God is good all time and all the time god is good! We have surpassed our weekend goal of $4000 by $2! These funds could be used to pay for all our licensing fees, basic treatment room supplies in addition to helping us secure a modest clinic space.

However, if we raise another $498 in the next couple days, then these funds could pay for our initial deposit plus 6 months clinic rent! Thank you so much everyone. We are humbled by your collective generosity.

In other news, I have submitted an application to join the Acupuncture Society of Virginia (ASVA). "ASVA is a professional membership organization of Licensed Acupuncturists (L.Ac.s) dedicated to promoting the practice of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the Commonwealth of Virginia." http://www.acusova.com/

I have been corresponding with one of their board members, and they have invited us to attend their annual membership meeting in Fairfax in April. This will be a great way to introduce ourselves to the Acupuncturist in Virginia and learn all the in and out of practicing in this state. Acupuncture laws vary state by state, so it's important to be aware of what you can and cannot do as medical professionals. Plus it's only 20 mins. away from my brother-law's house. Wonderful!
