$2 million grant to smoke some weed???, their dealer is over charging them. I know a dude that knows a dude that can get it way cheaper than that. If this gets approved by the VA and they give weed as medicine I predict PTSD claims going up.

What are the second and third order affects? Will those in the trial carry some label that will affect them outside of the VA? Will this affect the security clearance of those in the test?
