1. The Foundation was not established to help Veterans specifically. It was established by former President of the United States Bill Clinton with the stated mission to "strengthen the capacity of people throughout the world to meet the challenges of global interdependence." The Foundation focuses on improving global health and wellness, increasing opportunity for women and girls, reducing childhood obesity and preventable diseases, creating economic opportunity and growth, and helping communities address the effects of climate change.
2. Your contention of the black vote is incorrect also. From 1865 to the Civil rights actions of the 50's-60's, most blacks voted Republican (those that were actually allowed to vote). It was only after the Civil Rights Act of 1964 that the southern Democrats (Dixicrats) turned to the Republican, conservative cause and the liberal Democrat party emerged in force. That is when most of the black community turned from the GOP and joined the Democrats.

Say what? Have you been following the misadventures of the Clinton Foundation? Take Haiti for example where the Clintons and their Foundation are reviled. They spent a tiny fraction of monies donated to help the Haitians. They turned away contractors with disaster relief experience in favor of others who donated to the Clinton Foundation. They focused what little help they provided on portions of the island untouched by the earthquake and refuges are still living under tarps in those sections hit worse. As for your comments about black political ties... While registered primarily with the GOP, they gained some advantages. Economically, they rose (check the figures). The Civil Rights Act passed primarily with GOP backing. What have the Democrats done for them?

They are too busy rerouting money to help them profit on the backend. I read an article that claims Chelsea is paid $900,000.00 a year to be on the board. The Clinton foundation is just another con game the Clintons are playing.

Not a shocker, what do we have to use for their Quid Quo Pro business plan, no Return on Investment (ROI) from the vets. Does anyone remember how the military fared under Bill Clinton for eight years? Wasn't that a two for one deal with Bill and Hillary? Same for the black and Hispanic communities, narrative, but little action. More of the same with the Hillary/Obama third term if it comes about.
