PO2 Mark Saffell No surprise. Cheryl Mills appeared with seven attorneys and claimed attorney-client privilege (which is BS). They are all terrified that they will be indicted, prosecuted and convicted. One can only hope that is true...

Yeah, it's all legal definitional. The terms of the plea deal often don't grant blanket immunity from everything. So if his lawyers believe he could be charged with a different crime than the ones he has protection from, or they are asking about areas of the law where he has no immunity, he can still plead the 5th in those areas. In this case, the Judicial Watch questions were based on a lawsuit, and not the FBI asking the questions about HRC's criminal investigation.

The HRC defense team must have got Pagliano to take the 5th. Her staffers have been warned if they don't tell the truth to the FBI they can be prosecuted. And so many of them have been lying about the HRC emails and servers they are all worried ..

Much of what they have said on TV is now proving to be false ...& they don't want to incriminate Hillary if they tell the truth about her emails ...
