... Because of a mistake by cable provider RCN, which provides CNN’s broadcasting down the East Coast.
The Actual Transmission was fed thru the wrong Commo Links "Going UP and Down " From the satellite...
some one in the RNC control room is Now Looking for a New Job...
and there a 12 second delay in the Broad Cast... so the actual engineers at CNN are in Deep Kim-Chi as well......
