CNO won’t let convicted SEAL retire as chief

Questions???? all I can say is he is lucky to even retire seeing all the charges that were preferred to him. What's that behind you...Oh it is a gift horse so don't look it in the mouth and run.

I had a E-6 with a line number for E-7 who got caughtup in a extramarital affair. I gave him nonjudicial punishment and because of that it automatically took his line number and he entered high year tenure and had to retire as an E-6. This guy as a CPO on a SEAL team should have known better. IMHO.
