Col. Turner a 1988 graduate of West Point, a field artillery officer who deployed 3x to Iraq, 2x to Afghanistan and 1 time to Haiti served 31 years in the US Army.
Fleet Master Chief Raymond Kemp is a 33 year veteran of the US Navy, served as Command Master Chief aboard destroyer USS Mason and aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman. Elevated to Fleet Fleet Master Chief responsible for Europe and African he was for a time was the highest ranked enlisted sailor in the Navy.
