There could be a couple possibilities for it.
The type of surgery and complications from it.
A lessor used form of surgery is colon resection.
It involves using a section of colon to line the Vagina.
A tear between the rectum and vagina is also a possible negative complication that occurs in 1:300 surgeries.
Basically there is little to nothing to contract and hold fecal matter and it leaks out of the vaginal cavity.
There also that runners sometimes suffer from an uncontrollable urge to poop now. The surgery may have made them more sensitive to it.

If a person had an uncontrollable urge then wouldn't a prudent person either not do the activity (jogging) or carry a poop bag? Or they could just poop in people's yards.

PFC Lisa McDonald My personal feeling... if you have a pooping issue when you run, don't run outside. Get a treadmill, and run at home. Just because you are having post surgery issues does not give you (the person in the story:) ) the right to crap in others yards, nor the right to not pick it up.

All that being said, thank you Lisa, I learned way more than I wanted, but I learned. Thank you for the education. That is why the RP community is awesome.

As I stated it could be related to the traumatic brain injury.
Its something that definitely effects behavior and judgement.
Many veterans also suffer from them.

I hope President Trump will fire this person and prevent good tax money paying for surgeries and leting join the first time. How many soldiers think it’s ok to have transgenders in service?
