Comcast NBCUniversal Moves Up 10 Spots To No.19 On DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies List

Hopefully their efforts to improve diversity in management will improve their customer service. Because, while I like NBC and Universal, I've never had a single good customer service experience from Comcast (either in person in their local office, on-line with customer support, or on the telephone with a customer service reps).
