I'm excited to see the USMC looking within the ranks for innovative thinkers. Curious if any of our active duty members have seen a shift in the way ideas are processed and elevated up the chain of command. Love to hear from our Air Force, Army, Navy & CG folks as well. Do you expect a change within your service branch?
With the speed of technology and the changing landscape of the way we conduct war, I can definitely see the importance of giving troops the right channels to bring up innovative ideas.

Thanks for letting us know that the USMC is looking at turning to those who think outside the box to fix the USMC Capt Brandon Charters. 'disruptive thinkers' is an interesting phrase.
I think of disruptive more along the lines of disrupting the enemies planning and execution process getting him off his game.
