LTC Thomas Tennant Florida is a CCW State. The law states that it the department of Agriculture Shall Issue a license to those meeting the state criteria for carry. The law doesn't allow for a huge backlog as it requires issue within 90 days of application. Weapons which may be carried include Handgun, Electronic Weapon or device, Tear Gas Gun, knife, or billie, but does not include a machine gun.

In Missouri, its a CCW. The difference in that as compared to other states is it doesn't have to be a hand gun. I can carry a pump shotgun, several hand guns and even an ax or whatever. Funny part with all that damaging weapons, it is still illegal in the State of Missouri to even own a switch blade.

Each state has their own laws regarding carrying a firearm; whether you need a permit; whether you can carry openly or concealed or both or neither. Arizona requires no permit whatsoever to carry openly or concealed.
