Congress poised to outlaw revenge porn in the military

Revenge porn. I cannot wait to read the draft language for this one. First define what it is or is not, what constitutes revenge porn? If someone is made consensually by two poeople before hand and it is simply posted is that revenge porn or not? I am guessing there will have to be pre-dating agreements to define this things or it will get tough to know what is what.

“Whether it’s in the barracks or on the internet, degradation and intimidation of our service members is a serious crime that threatens good order and discipline, and we’ve got to give our military the tools it needs to treat it that way,” said Sen. Clare McCaskill, D-Mo., one of the sponsors of the Senate provision.

Let me repeat the important part here: "...degradation and intimidation of our service members is a serious crime..."

In other words, it's ALREADY criminal (outlawed) behavior.
