You know, I think I read somewhere there is a particular branch of service that is bleeding pilots who's main complaint is that they don't get to fly. Just spitballin' here, but why not get some of these pilots to fly these birds instead of contractors?

I have an easy solution that will save the government the 10 billion cost. Video Tele-Conferences (VTC). Its also very Green and will reduce hurricanes.

When I was there 4 years ago Army aircraft flew them. When did that stop?
