Pretty well stated, Sir. Shelter-in-place and active shooter drills need to continue as they do now. LEO and armed school staff need to have further training to lock down what the staff responsibility is and what the pre-agreed post shooter situation with staff firearms should be to alleviate confusion on who the shooter is and is not.
Just my thoughts on the situation, as I have many. Not the first time I've made similar proposals.
