IMO, the CFR should be sued for it's open borders North American Union policies the State Department has used to bring in millions of illegal alien Invaders. Countries of origin too.

It's California, so he has a good chance of getting off. Maybe the jury will believe that he has some sort of PTSD because he's been living in fear of being deported again or maybe he was triggered because Donald Trump wants to build a wall. Either way, it's not really his fault. He should just be released and given citizenship.
