Negative.
Corruption will always exist. As will war, racism, death, greed, religious persecution, etc.

My husband is the SME in this arena and he says no. I am an optimist, so I am going with we can put processes and procedures in place to reduce it. Unfortunately, there will always be people that do not have integrity.

I agree with your husband, CSM Jane Baldwin! Our government and politicians is one of the most corrupt organization and it trickles down from there. Money has a way of bringing out the evil and negative side of people.
