The left is dysfunctional. They worry more about their safety than the safety of our nation. They care more fir their petty power than the sexual predation of our citizens. They want votes and don't care how they get them, even if it means letting people cross the border illegally. What's more maddening is that people think that the troops are still in Washington to keep possible riots from happening even while cities are already burning. They are lying to themselves and are hypocrites.

Well said SSG Samuel Kermon According to a White House press release, “nearly 70% of migrants travelling north to the United States are victims of violence.” A lot of this happens by coyotes and caravans which wouldn’t occur if immigrants knew they couldn’t sneak through unsecured areas but have to enter at portals. Looks like this isn’t going to happen during the Biden Admin.

I'd say they're remaining there to protect congress, an congressional workers from the vast hordes of trump supporters god forbid they impeach him or something worse. They know what comes next for them will be far worse then what happened last month.

PFC (Join to see) US citizens and states have to deal with human smugglers bringing captive women and children for prostitution through unsecured areas of our southern border plus there’s illegal drug trafficking / gunrunning and thousands of border jumpers a month (some criminals fleeing other countries) yet the Democrats vilified Trump for his trying to secure the southern border for the sake of the WHOLE country. Then the Biden admin stopped the wall building.
NOW the Demoncrats grant themselves the force of soldiers and lots of taxpayers’ money to secure their own selves from no perceiveable threat since Jan.6, but they scorn securing the dangers at our southern border.
You really don’t see the hypocrisy and gaslighting of their actions?

Sgt (Join to see) It's always about immigration with you conservatives isn't? I much rather have the guards at the border to process those who have legal documentation to prove who they are then surround the Capitol building. The point to my comment is they if they impeach or imprison trump for inciting a riot they will have a bigger one. I'm not saying he incited one I'm saying that's one of the charges being brought against him. As for immigration I'm not sure if you've ever left the Bible belt an been to Central or South America but those migrants are coming here because they have no where else to go. If they were land locked with Europe they'd seek asylum there. They know they're not wanted here. However we shouldn't denie the right for someone to seek here legally. Another thing I much rather also give citizenship to those who have been paying taxes for years but can't become citizens because of uscis back log. Just so you know immigrants no matter where they come from asia, African Europe or Central Americas aren't stealing your jobs. They're taking work the vast majority don't want because they won't get wages they demand. I'm 26 you won't catch a 18-26 year old out there picking fields on working them if they aren't making 15 or more an hour. You won't see them working in food production places that bag salads you buy at trader Joe's because the environment is too cold. You won't see them doing landscaping work. The vast majority of America's youth are too privileged to know what true hard work is. Also many developed countries are having population issues the youth aren't having kids. The generations an age gaps are getting bigger. Many countries will start to rely on migration to keep them going. We need to handle those who just wish to come here to the abuse the system or illegally however we can't figure out how to do it an we haven't been able to figure out how to do because we can't agree on these issues. Many want change to reflect the times others don't want to change a thing they have if it's not broken don't fix it mentality.

PFC (Join to see) I agree with your statements “Id much rather have the guards at the border to process those who have legal documentation” and “we shouldn't deny the right for someone to seek here legally.” but with Biden’s immigration EOs and actions, we may be looking at a deluge at the border, “catch and release” to start again (which Trump stopped), and unknown / unvetted persons will keep entering the US who can cause harm and not pay taxes.

There is only one reason they would ever want a military presence to guard them, they know that we know they are violating the US Constitution. If they were a just and moral legislature, there would be no reason to be guarded.
"This is the tendency of all human governments. A departure from principle becomes a precedent for a second; that second for a third; and so on, till the bulk of society is reduced to mere automatons of misery, to have no sensibilities left but for sinning and suffering... And the fore horse of this frightful team is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its train wretchedness and oppression." - Thomas Jefferson

Thanks for sharing those powerful quotes Cpl (Join to see) The Founding Fathers were brilliant men. Too bad because they were White, most schoolchildren in America will never hear of them.
