Democrats will never vote for the Trump plan. If the Trump plan goes through all the Republicans can use that in a reelection bid, they gave illegals the chance to stay and become Citizens. They will have ended the sweat shops and the inherent criminal hold over illegals.
All the democrats will have is "They didn't stop the Republicans from doing a good thing" The Democrats are willing to shut down America to grandstand but when offered a very good deal they will find something wrong with it and spend the next 7 years blaming Trump.
Never mind when they controlled the White House and all of Washington including the DOJ, and FBI they did nothing.

The left doesn’t and hasn’t wanted a solution. They’ve ALWAYS wanted the ISSUE!!! It’s called manipulation of the ignorant masses.

Because for the left, it really isn't about citizenship for Dreamers. They want a never ending flow of new democrat voters. If it were really about Dreamers, they will vote for this even if it means building a wall. But, watch and see...they will pivot and make it about something else.

You are right that the Democrats will never vote for the Trump plan. Just like Republicans would never have voted for an Obama, or Clinton, plan. This has nothing to do with the merits of the legislation and, no matter how they spin it, neither side has any interest in doing what is best for the country. That is the state of politics in this country. "We're agin it, cuz they're fur it!"
