Former US attorney Joseph DiGenova is blunt: “I don’t think there’s any question Mrs Clinton and her staff broke the law. She maintained a server in her private home in Chappaqua, New York, and conducted government business. This clearly was beyond gross negligence.
“When she set up the server, the intent was to avoid accountability. There is no other intent required. The notion this is not a violation of the law is ludicrous. If she and her staff get a pass, there will be hell to pay in the intelligence community.”

MSgt (Join to see) Master Sergeant; Did you know that you can get a "Senior's Coffee" at McDonald's for $0.60 PROVIDED that you toss in a "legal opinion"?

I must be going to the wrong McDonald's! It's always a $1 with or without opinion!

Hillary learned from the master. When being investigated admit to little sins to avoid the big ones being noticed. Of course, it doesn't always work, does it? In the end, Bill was indicted (impeached) and saved from removal from office only by virtue of the fact that Congress played politics with the case. This time the political game is being played in the White House and the Rule of Law hasn't been very high on this Administration's agenda, has it?

I just don't see how Obama would ever support indicting Hillary Clinton no matter what the FBI investigation reveals.
