What the world should do is study the pandemic in Japan which has a per capita death rate of 3 per 100,000 while the US rate is 119 out of 100,000. Every day millions upon millions ride very crowded trains and rub elbows. They are doing what the CDC says not to do: be in a crowded, contained environment, with contact; but yet their death toll is so insignificant to ours. They do absolutely everything wrong except they have universally adopted mask wearing.
