Crime Watch Daily: Meet the Bikers Who Protect Victims of Child Abuse

Being in the biker world was not all bad. Me and my wife dealt with BACA on a personal level. My son in law was stationed at Fort Hood a while back. They rented a home from an agent whom just happen to be in BACA. By the way, it is an association and not a Club.
Any way, winter was setting in and the house they rented had no insulation and the electric heat unit would not work. My daughter called up this agent to get the problem resolved and the agent said someone will be out Monday . "This was Friday morning ! " She had a 12 year daughter and a 1 year old son.
This did not set well with us ! We called the agent and tried to get her to do something about it to no avail. Well ,we used the knowledge of the biker world to change her mind. We called the National President of BACA and informed him of this issue. He was not going to help us ! We informed him of the nature of his association and what it stands for ! That this is child Abuse...
Needless to say the problem was handled that same day ! I guess the ole saying " it's not what you know , but who you know" worked in this instance.
BACA is great association ! Just like any organization there are a few members who need help to realize what the represent.. Thanks for sharing CPT Jack Durish

I trust biker gangs farther than I do some people.

These are great people who give a voice to victims. Not sure if I would refer to them as a gang though. More like a club.
