I don't believe anyone who works at a mall should be confident enough to criticize someone's service in the military...

That wannabe cop failure is out of line and needs to go back to school. If the guy was bothering people I'm sure that those people would've complained. Talking to people is not solicitation. Going up to people asking then to buy something is solicitation. I hope the judge throws it out.
