One of my old 1SGs, and mentors Bill Prater (later SGM) was a reactor operator. He gave me one of his Gold reactor shift leader badges for my collection. The Army reactor operators like the Nuclear Demolition specialists are a little known and very sparse MOS set and the MOS for the Army no longer exists.
