SSG (Join to see) - I want to know the truth. Either there was a huge miscommunication or somebody is a liar. The NG were staged on buses but the battle was not managed well. What kind of reporting was issued and was it accurate? Did they have a common operating picture? How was the NG leadership staffed?

MAJ Ken Landgren I think it could be a bit of both. And I too, would like to see the objective facts behind this and not the public relations narrative

A picture is worth a thousand words. If I was the NG commander and saw the carnage. I would mobilize the NG soldiers. I believe the commander’s intent for the use of the soldiers was to protect lives and property. In an emergency situation there is no time to deal the red tape. I would use the soldiers ASAP, and beg for forgiveness.

I also want know how the picture was painted between all parties. SSG (Join to see)
