I was proud to take part in the recent Employing U.S. Vets Conference, hosted by VETS Indexes, a powerful gathering focused on advancing veteran employment nationwide.

I contributed to the “Big Impact of Employing Veterans in Small Organizations” panel, sharing insights on how smaller employers can meaningfully support veteran talent and strengthen their organizations in the process.

This semi-annual conference brings together leaders from top companies, non-profits, and government agencies to exchange best practices, discuss challenges, recognize outstanding veteran-supportive organizations, and connect with peers who share a commitment to empowering veterans and their families.
