Fake news URL alert.
In any case I'm not giving that site the click, based on the headline alone I know it's false because I guarantee that there isn't "tap water" in Dasani or any of the major bottled water brands.
Sure the water may come from municipal sources (or from a natural source in the case of anything labeled "spring water") but they are highly filtered to remove chemicals and other contaminants. After being filtered the water is almost as pure as distilled so they actually add minerals back in to make it taste good.
Different brands of water use less or more minerals and each has their own mineral formula which is why a particular brand of bottled water will taste the same no matter where it's produced. In some cases different brands under the same parent company will taste the same, for example Arrowhead (which is popular in the Western U.S.) and Poland Spring (popular in the East) are both owned by Nestle and both taste the same.

Totally misleading SCARE article. I call BS. Just checked and this one is just about 100% hoax. Purified water... trace amount of inorganic materials are in all water, unless you remove them all and the water well, just tastes flat with no flavor at all. Here you can read the latest analysis of the water http://www.dasani.com/reports/water-analysis-report.pdf Semper Fi
