He was in the front seat of a self driving car. Are going to arrest everyone who plays with there radio. And forgive idiots that walk in the middle of the street. Clearly this moron, like many I have seen, was under the impression that pedestrian have the right of way in the middle of a road way. Too bad so sad.

I have not seen it. The latest I heard is that the pedestrian darted out into traffic, police say even a real person would not have been able to avoid the tragedy. God Bless them all. Very sad.
