Come on now... we all know the REAL reason the government won't legalize it! Pharmaceuticals would go out of business and the politicians who own stock in those companies would lose money!
This is just one of the MANY reasons we need to forget Clinton, forget Trump, and vote for JOHNSON!

More importantly, there would be way less rationale for the bloated DEA budget and the insane war on drugs.

SERIOUSLY Stupid! I would rater someone drive a car who smoked a joint than someone who drank a few drinks....and the MEDICAL part that the DEA is denying! BOLOGNA! I had an aunt with GLAUCOMA....she never smoked in her life, but she did after having GLAUCOMA for a few years....after all the medications her doctors gave her and NOTHING helped, but Marijuana did....there are hundreds of thousands of stories like this...and you know the DEA knows it...yet, they are denying it stating there is NO evidence it helps out medically! BULL CRAP!
oh, and about keeping it on the BAD DRUG list! Bull crap...Alcohol is MORE addicting than Marijuana is. They are full of it and not revealing the "REAL" reasons for their decisions.

TSgt Joe C. - if you read the article you will note that the Federal Government struck down the a bill trying to lower Marijuana from a Schedule I drug to a Schedule II or III. Essentially, Schedule I means that marijuana has absolutely no medical benefits and is highly addictive and abused.. which arguably, are all untrue. THC is highly medically beneficial, and there is no evidence backing up that marijuana is addictive on any scale.. It's sad that heroin is marijuana are, from a legal standpoint, as bad as one another..
