Deadline Approaching for Alternate Combination Cover Wear Date

With the removal of ratings, females are having their Combination Covers retired to go for the male's sailor covers. All I know is that I'm going to be getting me a HUGE shadow box and display everything that I was given while in the Navy; Combination Cover; rating patches/coins/shirts, etc. along with my ribbons, warfare pins and whatever I will come across in my career.

Looks like the Marines are too. I wonder if the other services are doing this?

No idea, Chief. I would assume that the Army had already made the changes. I wasn't aware the Marines were changing too.

I'm keeping a lot of stuff.....I have a CTT coin that I bought when I was in A school. Sits on my desk at work....along with my 3 other coins I have (one is from American Legion in Florida, and another one from FSSC).
