Old ships are much more difficult to keep afloat then newer ones. The amount of money to rehab to bring back in service is cost prohibitive. But, as a Surface Warfare Officer, I would LOVE to see the old BB's brought back. There is an old Senior Chief I see regularly at the Post Office who was a Gunner's Mate on the old BB's/ Great guy to talk to. SFC Melvin Brandenburg
