I didn't think it would go anywhere else. Redstone already has the infrastructure, with Marshall SFC, the Army's Primary Standards Lab, there was also a Secondary Reference Lab, Missile Command, and a lot of open acreage for development. There is a large international airport, enough runway for just about anything, a couple of miles northeast of the post. The Arnold AFB test center is about an hour North, 4 lane divided highway in between. A profusion of of Big Tech, Defense Contracting, and manufacturing companies within 60 miles, many of them inside 10 miles. The only immediate construction requirement will be for Enlisted Billeting. I hope the Army reactivates the 95th TMDE Company.
