SGT (Join to see) I can see both sides of the debate. While I like the customization of Dell's and Red Hat's approach, I would prefer HP's as an end user. The less time spent configuring and the quicker I can deploy it makes the HP approach attractive.

Hard to see your take on this. Less time spent up front can become meaningless with all the new enhancements coming to Openstack. It is still fairly new, only 5 years old.

SGT (Join to see) - I can see and agree with you on that. I would rather have something that I can add in the new enhancements without waiting for my "software partner" to patch it in. Unfortunately, most businesses do not think that way. That is how I was looking at it.
