If the allegations are founded this "poll worker" should go to jail. This type of behavior degrades confidence in our voting process.

IMHO a rare case, but should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law and the stiff rest penalty possible handed down. They need to send a message this type of adult ivory can not be tolerated.

I'm a cynic, so I think this is much less rare than we want to believe. And is usually unintentional. A slight emphasis there, a warmer tone about this candidate there. Maybe a "private" discussion that wasn't so private.
None of that is as overt as what happened here. But all of it works to sway voters.
And even the overt stuff happens more than we think. We know about these two incidents because they were reported. How many incidents aren't?
