Good point. Based on the "terrorist watch list", I would expect a Constitutional challenge to the watch lists. This would deny some individuals their Second Amendment rights without Due Process. At minimum, it would force the FBI to go back and do due diligence on the watch lists.

Every time they talk about more gun control laws I think of Dontay Mills. Gee let's use thrones we already have! This guy violated 57 federal firearms laws, one year probation. http://www.jsonline.com/news/crime/milwaukee-man-to-be-sentenced-on-gun-fraud-charge-b99560011z1-322283481.html
Judge repeats gun rights slogan in giving man probation
In giving probation to a man charged with 55 counts of buying firearms with false identification and dealing them illegally, Judge Rudolph Randa said: “People kill people. Guns don’t kill people.”

Patriot Act subverted a number of rights for the protection of our citizens. The SCOTUS has agreed that it is Constitutional. Do we really want the bad guys to know how their names were discovered? I do believe there should be some way for one to quickly resolve errors, like within 24 hours, for anyone that rebuts the charge. I saw that since 9/11 there has been around 86 plots or attacks, this is a nation at war, even though some don't want to believe it.
