Dems blast Trump for Jerusalem decision despite past support

The hypocrisy of most Congressional Democrats is unlimited. Much to my surprise, though, Schumer has diverged from others in his party and supports the decision. While cogent arguments can be made both supporting and opposing the decision, the decision is certainly presidential ... and in keeping with Trump's seeming inclination to avoid continuing to kick issues down the road. I applaud that.

To which I will only say that diplomacy hasn't gotten us the square root of nothing since the Congressional resolution in 1995 calling for the U.S. to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and move our embassy there. We've been kicking that can, and so many others, down the road ... that it is a wonder that anyone can keep track of them. It is about time, IMV, that we have a president, no matter how rough and uncouth, that confronts issues and brings them to a resolution ... instead of finding ways to pass them off to his successors.
