I hope there is some reality in this ... So many times in the past there has been things like this proposed and the shit falls thru or ends on someone else's Social programing... thus hanging the Vets out to dry... or in most cases... Die...

Let's see, $911,000 award for the rest of the homeless and $9M for Virginia. Sure lucky they have a former Governor running for VP and another former Governor in the Senate. While the current Governor is trying to restore voting rights for over 200,000 felons. Yes, the fix is in.
