Deputy's graphic Facebook post describing fight with suspect goes viral

Glad she survived, glad the perp is going to jail. The important thing, and one I have said here previously, is that nothing is more important than tough, realistic training. She had the guy go for her weapon after getting her butt kicked, but she said she remembered her training that was much worse, and knew she was still in the fight. Kept her from using her weapon, even though she would have been justified. Great job Officer! Get some rest, recover, and take care of your K-9!
